The event will take place in AIT, where experts in a range of sports will be on hand to guide you through the basics of a wide variety of sporting activities. All five leaders from the programme and fitness expert Karl Henry and medical doctor Dr Eva Orsmonde will be there drumming up support for the family day of fun.
